the problem

New employees often feel overwhelmed during onboarding and may struggle to learn company systems and processes without clear guidance.

Traditional onboarding materials can be passive and do not always allow learners to practice real tasks, which can lead to confusion and reduced confidence when starting a new role.

the solution

I created a scenario-based onboarding module that allows new employees to learn by doing. Through realistic workplace situations, LMS navigation simulations, and decision-based interactions, learners practice essential tasks and receive immediate feedback.

This interactive approach helps employees build confidence and develop practical skills before applying them on the job.
