Project Overview

The Leadership Essentials e-learning module was designed to introduce new and emerging managers to core leadership skills through a concise and practical learning experience. Using TalentLMS, I structured the course to include short lessons, scenario-based examples, and a brief quiz to reinforce key concepts such as communication, trust building, and adaptability. The platform’s reporting and analytics features were used to track learner progress and completion, supporting measurable training outcomes.

      Developed a structured course outline to guide the learning flow, including short lessons on communication, trust building, adaptability, and performance management, along with a brief knowledge check.

      Develop
      Built the course within TalentLMS, organizing content into clear learning modules and incorporating scenario-based examples and quizzes to reinforce key leadership concepts.

      Evaluate
      Reviewed the course for clarity, usability, and alignment with leadership development goals. Refined content structure and assessment elements to improve learner engagement and comprehension.

Problem
