The Leadership Essentials eLearning module was designed for new and emerging managers to develop core leadership skills through a concise, practical learning experience. Built in TalentLMS, it includes short lessons, scenario-based examples, and a brief quiz covering communication, trust-building, and adaptability. Built-in analytics were used to track learner progress and completion.

Problem

New and emerging managers often struggle to build essential leadership skills when transitioning into supervisory roles. Traditional training is often lengthy, generic, and non-interactive, limiting retention and real-world application.

Created an interactive TalentLMS module with short lessons, scenario-based examples, and quizzes to build core leadership skills. A structured learning path and multimedia elements support engagement and real-world application.

outcome

Learners gained a clear understanding of core leadership skills and completed the module efficiently with strong knowledge retention. TalentLMS analytics showed strong engagement, supporting a smoother transition into management roles.
