Project Overview
This e-learning module was developed in Moodle to introduce learners to key workplace culture concepts through an engaging and interactive experience. The module combines structured instructional content with knowledge checks using Moodle’s Lesson activity and interactive quizzes.
Features include matching questions and immediate feedback with Certainty-Based Marking (CBM) to reinforce understanding and encourage reflection. Video content created with Synthesia was also incorporated to enhance engagement and support modern digital learning practices.
This project demonstrates skills in instructional design, LMS development, learner engagement, and multimedia integration.

Workplace Training Module – AI Video Integration
Utilized Synthesia AI to produce professional training videos featuring a virtual presenter. These videos were incorporated into a Moodle workplace culture module to guide learners through key concepts and reinforce course material in an engaging, accessible format.

Designed and developed an interactive Moodle quiz to support a workplace learning module. The activity included informational cards, true/false questions, matching exercises, and multiple-choice questions to reinforce key concepts and assess learner understanding. The quiz was structured to promote engagement, provide immediate feedback, and support effective knowledge retention within the course.
